Classes
Ten classes, five plate colours. Start on white, move on when the coach says you are ready, and come back to green whenever your body asks for it.
What the plates mean
The colours follow the bumper plates on the gym floor: the heavier the plate, the harder the class. Your coach scales every exercise, so a heavy class is still open to you once you have done a few steady ones.

Questions about classes
I have never lifted. Where do I start?
With the floor induction and the Start here class, both marked white. After four to six weeks most people move on to yellow classes.
Can I do a red class straight away?
Talk to the coach first. If you train regularly somewhere else, one Barbell basics class is usually enough for us to see how you move.
How do I book?
Members book in the app up to seven days ahead. If a class is full, join the waiting list; places open up most days.
What should I bring?
Trainers with a flat sole, a water bottle and a towel. We have chalk, belts and wrist wraps to borrow.
Try a week on us
Floor induction, any class marked white, green or yellow, and the open gym for seven days. Bring trainers and a water bottle.
