Dementia care
Care at home for people living with dementia, and time off for the people who love them.

The same faces, the same routine
For someone living with dementia, a familiar face and a familiar order to the day matter more than almost anything. We keep the team small and the visits at the same times.
Carers learn the person’s history from the family first: names, jobs, songs, the way they take their tea.
- Carers trained in dementia care, with a refresher every year
- Help with eating and drinking when it gets harder
- Respite visits so a partner can rest, go out or sleep through
- Notes in the care folder that family can read
Support for the family too
Looking after someone with dementia is tiring. Three ways we can share it.
Respite visits
Two to four hours, so you can rest, shop or see friends. From $34 an hour (example prices).
Night visits
A late check and help to the toilet, so you can sleep through.
A short stay at home
A live-in carer for a week or two while you take a holiday.
Every care week starts empty
A care coordinator visits you at home, free of charge, to talk through the day and plan the visits with you. There is nothing to sign at the assessment.
Your week, before the assessment
At the home assessment we fill it in with you: which days, which times, how long.
