Five kinds of device on one bench. If yours is not on the list, call and ask; we say no quickly when we cannot help.
Screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, back glass and water damage, on all the major makes.
Most while you wait

From the counter to the bench and back
Five steps, the same for a cracked screen or a laptop that will not start.

Bring it in or book
Walk in without an appointment, or book a time so the part is waiting for you.
Free check at the counter
We open the fault in about 15 minutes and tell you what is wrong in plain words.
The price before we start
You get the price and the ready time by text or email. Nothing is done until you say yes.
Repair and test
The repair is done on an anti-static bench, then we test touch, cameras, speakers, charging and signal.
Collect and pay
Pay when you collect. The old part comes back in a bag unless you ask us to recycle it.
Your photos and messages stay on your device
A screen, battery or port repair does not need your passcode. For other faults we test with you at the counter, or you set a guest passcode for the day.
- We never copy, open or back up files unless you ask
- Data recovery runs on a separate machine that is wiped afterwards
- Old drives are wiped in front of you or handed back
Refurbished phones and laptops
Devices we have repaired, tested and reset ourselves. Every one is sold with a charger and a receipt that lists its serial number.

Example prices. Stock changes every week (sample); grades are explained on the Refurbished page.
Repairs for offices and schools
We collect up to ten machines, repair them on a priority bench and bring them back together, with one invoice at the end of the month.

Questions at the counter
Something else? Call the shop on (555) 014-2290.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in during opening hours. Booking a time helps when we may not have the part in stock: we order it before you arrive.
Will I lose my photos and messages?
Not with a screen, battery or port repair: those parts do not hold data. Back up before any repair if you can, and tell us if you cannot.
What if it cannot be fixed?
The check costs nothing. If we cannot repair it, we tell you why and what can still be done with the data on it.
Which parts do you use?
Original parts where they are sold to repair shops, and tested replacement parts where they are not. The quote names the part, and when there is a choice it shows both prices.
Do you repair water damage?
Often, if it comes in quickly. Switch it off, do not charge it and bring it in; rice does not help. Board cleaning starts at $69 (example prices).
