Three kinds of part
When there is a choice, the quote shows each one with its price. Example: a 6.1-inch phone screen.
Original part
Made by the device maker and sold to repair shops. Same look, brightness and touch as new.

An original screen with new glass fitted on our bench. Looks and works like the original.

Made by a parts maker and tested by us before fitting. Slightly less bright; the lowest price.

Each bench has the tools a manufacturer’s own repair centre would use, so a repair does not stop at the part that is easy to reach.
