What the grades mean
The grade is about how it looks. Every grade works the same and has passed the same tests.
Close to new
No marks you can see at arm’s length.
Light wear
Fine scratches or marks on the frame; the screen is clean.
Visible wear
Scuffs and marks you will notice, at the lowest price.
What every refurbished device gets
- A 30-point test: screen, touch, cameras, speakers, microphones, charging, signal and wifi
- A new battery when the old one is below 85% health
- A full reset, with the previous owner's data wiped
- A charger and a receipt with the serial number
