How we check the work
Every build stage ends with a check before the next one starts and before you pay.
Checked before it is covered
Each build stage ends with a check, and a payment is due only after it passes.
Before every concrete pour
The engineer checks the steel and the depth of the footings
Stage 4
Frame inspection
An independent inspector checks the frame before anything covers it
Stage 5
Waterproofing check
Roof, windows and wet areas are tested before the plaster goes on
Stage 6
Your walk-through
You walk the house with your supervisor and sign the stage report
Every stage
Final inspection
With you, before the occupancy certificate and the keys
Stage 8

Hold points
A hold point is a moment when work stops until a check is done. On our sites there are three: before the slab is poured, before the frame is covered and before the plaster goes on (sample).
Each check is written up with photos in your stage report, so you can see what is inside the walls of your home.
Send us the address of your block
Tell us where the land is and what you would like to build. A designer calls you within two working days and books a free site visit: an hour on the block with the person who would draw your home.
