One team that designs and builds homes
Hollowbrook Homes (sample) works from 24 Mason Row, Springfield. Designers, site supervisors and our own carpenters, about twelve homes at a time.

From one extension to a design and build firm
Nadia Ferreira was drawing houses and Luke Brennan was building them when they shared their first job, a kitchen extension on Kiln Street, in 2009 (sample).
The house came out better because the person drawing it could ask the person building it, every day. We have worked that way since: the drawings are made in the same office that runs the site.
Who leads each stage
Every home has one designer for stages 1 to 3 and one site supervisor for stages 4 to 8. The numbers next to each name are the stages they lead.

Send us the address of your block
Tell us where the land is and what you would like to build. A designer calls you within two working days and books a free site visit: an hour on the block with the person who would draw your home.
