Training simulations
Practise a task that is risky, costly or rare in real life, as often as you need.
Practise where mistakes are free
A simulation lets your team repeat a task until it is routine: a forklift pre-use check, a fire evacuation, a ward round, a difficult phone call. Each run is scored, so trainers see who needs another go.
We build one task well rather than a whole world, and we test it with your own staff in our arena.
