Before you play
Short answers to what people ask at the desk. Our hosts are trained in first aid (sample).
How old do you need to be?
Arena games are for ages 12 and up, Lantern Woods from 8 with an adult in the group, and the VR bays from 8. A parent or guardian signs the safety form at check-in for anyone under 16.
Can I play with glasses?
Yes. Most frames fit inside our headsets, and we have lens spacers for wide frames. Tell the host at the briefing.
What if I feel dizzy or sick?
Say so or lift the headset; the host pauses your game straight away. Walking in the arena is easier on most people than seated games, because your body moves with what you see. Sit out in the lounge as long as you like.
How are the headsets cleaned?
After every session: face covers swapped, lenses and controllers wiped, then ten minutes in a UV-C cabinet. Disposable hygiene masks are free at the desk.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes and closed shoes. Leave long necklaces, bags and drinks in the free lockers; the arena floor stays clear.
