A VR studio with its own test floor

How a project runs
Four stages, with a build you can try at the end of every one.
Scope
A call and a site visit: who will use it, where, on which headsets, and what counts as done.
1 week
Prototype
A rough first version your team plays in our arena, so we can change course early.
2 weeks
Build
Art, sound and the full task, with a test round in the arena every second week.
4 to 8 weeks
Hand over
Headsets set up, your staff trained to run it, and three months of fixes.
1 week
Tested on our own floor
Every build is played by real visitors in the arena (with their permission) before launch. You get the notes: where people got lost, what made them stop, how long the task took.
- Tested on the headsets you will use
- Comfort checks for first-time players
- Plain reports, no jargon

Questions from clients
Which headsets do you build for?
Standalone headsets for most training and events, PC headsets when the graphics need it. We advise before you buy hardware.
Who owns the finished build?
You do, including the source project, once the last invoice is paid (sample terms).
Can you update an existing VR project?
Often, yes. Send us what you have and we will tell you within a week whether we can work with it.
Tell us what people need to practise
A short call is enough to start. We reply within two working days (sample).
