How an appointment goes

Tell us what it is for
A wedding, a new job, a holiday, or a wardrobe that no longer fits. Use the form or call the shop.

We pull a rail
Before you arrive, we pick 10 to 15 pieces in your measurements and two or three you would not pick yourself.

Try things on
One hour in the larger fitting room. We pin hems and sleeves on anything that needs it.
4
Take it home, or not
There is no need to buy. If you do, alterations are ready in four days (sample).

An hour with someone who knows the rails
Book the fitting room for an hour before the shop opens or on a Monday. Tell us the occasion and what you like wearing; we pull a rail in your measurements before you arrive.

Questions about fit
I am between sizes. Which one should I ask for?
Send us the chest and length of a piece you like, measured flat. We compare them with both sizes and tell you which is closer.
Can you keep a piece for me?
Yes, for 48 hours. Ask with the form or call the shop and give us the piece and the size.
Can I return something?
Unworn pieces with their tags can come back within 14 days for an exchange or a credit note (sample). Altered pieces cannot come back.
Do you measure every size?
We measure every size of every piece when it arrives. If a page shows fewer, ask and we will send the rest.
Is your size still on the rail?
Tell us the piece and the size, or a measurement from something you already wear. We reply within a working day and can keep it for you for 48 hours.
