Forty seats, a counter facing the open kitchen and a back room for twenty. We keep a few tables for walk-ins every night.

One open kitchen, four cooks

You can see the whole kitchen from the counter seats. The same four cooks make the bread, the stocks and the ice cream, and they cook the takeaway on the same stove as the dining room.
