Start small: five clean jars with lids for the things you use every week, and a cloth bag for grains or pasta.
At the counter we weigh each jar empty and write the weight on the lid. Fill it from the bins, bring it back and we take the jar off the price.
Forgot your jars? Borrow ours. Most regulars keep a set by the front door so they are always ready.
