How it works
Point your backup software, your app or a desktop tool at our endpoint and create a bucket.

Where the copies live
Every object in Standard and Cool is written to storage nodes in both halls before we confirm the upload.
Copies
Two, in hall 1 and hall 2, 80 m apart with separate power and fire zones (sample).
Drives
Checked every week; a failed drive is rebuilt from the other copy.
Encryption
On the drives, and in transit over HTTPS.
Leaving
Download everything at no charge in the last month of your contract.
Come and walk the floor
Visits take about 45 minutes: the cold aisles, the power room and the rack you would use. Bring photo ID; we sign you in at the gate (sample).
