Individual therapy

One person, one therapist, fifty minutes

What people come to talk about
You do not need a diagnosis or the right words. Most people start with a feeling that something has to change.
- Anxiety, worry and panic
- Low mood and losing interest in things
- Grief, loss and big changes
- Arguments and distance in a relationship
- Stress and burnout at work
- Sleep that will not settle
- Confidence and old patterns that keep coming back
If you are not sure whether what you are going through is a reason for therapy, it is a good question for the free call.
