Northgate Medical Centre (sample) treats people from Springfield and the villages around it: emergencies, planned operations, clinics, scans and births.
Who we are
The centre opened in 1972 as a small cottage hospital (sample). The building on Riverside Road followed in 2009, with the emergency department, imaging and the birth centre under one roof.
We are a not-for-profit hospital run by a board of local trustees (sample). Any surplus goes back into equipment and staff.
