How applications work
One round a year. A panel of stallholders and the market office chooses the huts.

Apply by 31 March
Tell us what you make or cook and send four photos of your stall.

Panel in April
Makers and food from the region come first; we keep a mix across the square.

Offer by May
You get a hut number, the rent and the setting-up rules.
4
Deposit in June
Half the rent holds the hut; the rest is due in October.
