Capabilities
Machining, sheet metal, welded fabrication and finishing for parts made to drawing, in batches from one to a few thousand.
Four work centres
Most parts pass through two or three of them. Planning books the whole route at once, so nothing waits between departments.
Three-axis and five-axis milling, CNC turning with live tooling, and cylindrical and surface grinding.

One shop floor, two shifts
The machine shop runs from 06:00 to 22:00, five days a week. Long batches run on into the evening shift, so a new prototype does not wait behind them (sample).
- Programs written in CAM from your 3D model
- Fixtures designed and made in house
- Tools and gauges calibrated on a schedule
