Questions before you write
Can I change the name on a badge?
Yes, until the day before the forum. Send the new name to the ticket desk; there is no fee.
Can I get a refund?
Up to 30 days before the forum we refund in full; after that you can pass your ticket to a colleague (sample terms).
Do you sell tickets at the door?
Only if rooms are not full. Request tickets ahead to be sure of a badge.
