Events that run on time
Harbourline Events (sample) is a team of six in Springfield. We run our own forum every May and plan conferences, launches and dinners for other organisations the rest of the year.

From one room to five
The first forum was one room above a bookshop and sixty shop owners (sample). It grew because people came back with a colleague.
Today we run the whole thing ourselves: the programme, the badges, the stage and the dinner. The same team plans events for clients, so you get people who have stood behind a registration desk at 08:00.
How we work
A few rules we keep for our own forum and for every client event.
The programme is out six weeks ahead
Delegates and their managers can see every session, room and time before they pay.
Every room is step-free
Lifts, hearing loops, live captions in the main room and a quiet room near the entrance.
Prices include tax
The price on the page is the price on the invoice. Groups ask once and get one invoice.
Food is labelled
Every dish lists the fourteen allergens; tell us your needs once, on the form, and they are on your badge record.
The team
Six people, one office on Wharf Street (sample). On event days we bring in about thirty stewards and crew.

Coming with access needs
Tell us on the form or by phone and we plan around you: a seat near the stage or the door, a carer’s ticket at no charge, a printed programme in large type, or a quiet time to see the rooms the day before.

Planning an event, or coming to ours?
Send the form on the contact page or call the office. A real person answers from 09:00 to 17:30 on weekdays (sample).
