Fees, before you sit down
You get a written plan with the cost of every item before treatment starts. Nothing is added on the day without asking you first.

Insurance and payment
You pay after each visit, by card or cash. For plans over $500 you can spread the cost (sample).
Insurance
We send the claim to your insurer and you pay only your share (sample). Bring your card to every visit.
Payment plans
6 or 12 monthly payments for crowns, bridges and implants, no interest (sample).
Children
Check-ups free for under-18s when a parent is a patient (sample).
Missed appointments
Please give us 24 hours’ notice so someone else can have the time.
