New patients
We are taking new adult and child patients (sample). Here is how to join, what the first visit involves and what it costs.
Joining the practice
No waiting list and no joining fee (sample). Most new patients have their first visit within two weeks.

Book
Use the form or call reception. Tell us if you have not been for a while or if you feel nervous.
Fill in a health form
We email it before the visit, or you fill it in at the desk ten minutes early.
The first exam
Forty-five minutes: a talk, a full check, X-rays if needed, and your first chart.
Your plan
The dentist explains the chart and gives you a written plan and its cost. You decide what to go ahead with.
What to bring
- A list of the medicines you take, or the boxes
- Your insurance card, if you have dental insurance
- Your last X-rays, if your old dentist can send them
- Your glasses, to read the chart on the screen
Fees, before you sit down
You get a written plan with the cost of every item before treatment starts. Nothing is added on the day without asking you first.
- Most dental insurance accepted; we send the claim for you (sample)
- Pay by card after each visit
- Spread the cost of crowns and implants over 6 or 12 months (sample)
