How we own companies
We buy companies to keep them. There is no fund life, no exit date and no plan to merge our businesses into one.
- Companies keep their name, their managing director and their customers
- Each managing director reports to one group director, once a month
- Head office provides finance, insurance, treasury and internal audit; everything else stays in the company
- Profits go first into the companies' own plans; the dividend comes from what is left
- A seat on the group board for the founder who sold to us, if they want one
Selling your business to the group
If you own a profitable private company and want it to stay itself after you sell, we would like to hear from you. Every conversation is confidential.

4

Eight to twelve weeks with our accountants and lawyers; one point of contact on each side.
5
Completion and the first hundred days
