A PR agency for organisations with something to say
Councils, charities, transport companies, food halls and leisure centres: we help them announce good news clearly and explain bad news honestly.

Started by a reporter and a press officer
Wrenfield Communications (sample) began in 2017 when a newspaper reporter and a council press officer decided that most announcements fail for the same reason: nobody agreed what the one message was.
So every job here starts with a message house on one page. Today eleven of us work for eighteen clients, most of them on monthly retainers.
What we believe
Four rules we work to, and that we will hold you to as well.
One message, not ten
If people remember one thing, make it the right thing. Everything else supports it or waits for another day.
Tell the people affected first
Staff, customers and neighbours should never learn the news from a headline.
Nothing we would not say on air
If a statement would not survive a live interview, we rewrite it before it goes out.
Report what changed
Coverage is a means. We report bookings, calls, sign-ups and opinion where we can measure them.
The people you will work with
The consultant you brief stays on your account from the first call to the report.
