Cask ale, kept properly
Cask beer is still alive when it reaches us. It rests in the cellar for two days to settle and clear, at 12 degrees, before it goes on the bar.
- Every cask is tasted before the first pint is poured
- Lines cleaned every week
- A cask is finished within three days, or it goes down the drain
Four of tonight’s eight are cask ales (sample).
Come in for a pint
