Questions about fees
When are fees taken?
On the last working day of the month, as one line on your statement or passbook for each fee.
Will you tell me before a fee changes?
Yes. We write to you at least sixty days before any change (sample), and the new schedule is at every counter.
Can a fee be waived?
Ask your branch. Managers can refund a fee when something went wrong on our side.
Do you charge to close an account?
No. Closing an account at a branch is free (Example prices).
Open an account at any branch
Bring photo ID and proof of your address. It takes about twenty minutes, and you leave with your card or passbook (sample).
