Private jet charter
One aircraft, your schedule, your passengers. Pick the cabin size, tell us the legs and we send a written quote.
Aircraft by cabin size
Choose the cabin for the trip, not for the badge on the tail. Every class flies with two pilots.

Nonstop range
up to 1,700 nm
Example rate

Midsize jets
7 to 9 seats
Stand-up cabin, a proper galley and a closed washroom. Coast to coast with one stop, the Rockies nonstop.
Nonstop range
2,000 to 3,200 nm
Example rate
$5,900 an hour
Heavy jets
10 to 14 seats
Seats that turn into flat beds, a crew rest area and space for big luggage. Built for oceans.
Nonstop range
4,000 to 6,500 nm
Example rate
$10,500 an hour
Flight times on popular routes
The same leg takes longer in a light jet than in a heavy jet, and some legs need a fuel stop. Times are in still air, gate to gate.

Trips we arrange
Business day trips
Three cities in a day and home for dinner. The aircraft waits while you meet.
Ski and beach weekends
Mountain airports with short runways, ski bags in the hold, a car to the lodge.
Families and pets
Car seats, the dog on a seat next to you, no gate to run to.
Teams and groups
Sports teams, bands and event crews with their kit, on a heavy jet or two midsize jets.
One way and several legs
Any order of airports. We look for empty legs that fit before we quote a full trip.

Questions before your first charter
How far ahead do I need to book?
A few hours is often enough for a light or midsize jet. For holidays and big events, book two to three weeks ahead.
Do I need a passport or ID?
Yes. Bring the same photo ID as for an airline flight within the country, and a passport for international legs.
How much luggage can I bring?
It depends on the aircraft. Tell us the number and kind of bags when you ask for a quote and we choose a cabin that fits.
Can I change the time on the day?
Usually yes, within the crew’s duty hours. Call the charter desk and the captain plans the new time.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The captain decides. If a leg cannot fly, we move it to the next safe time or refund that leg in full.
Tell us where and when
The charter desk answers around the clock. Most quotes go out within the hour (sample).
