How a charter comes together
Four steps from the first call to the aircraft door. Most trips are confirmed the same day.
1
Tell us the trip
Route, dates, passengers, bags and pets. A phone call or the trip request form both work.
2
Compare written quotes
Two or three aircraft options within the hour, each with the operator named and the full price.
3
Confirm and pay
Sign the charter agreement and pay by bank transfer or card. The trip sheet follows by email.
4
Arrive 15 minutes before
Drive to the private terminal, hand over your bags and walk to the steps. No queues, no security line.
Aircraft by cabin size
Choose the cabin for the trip, not for the badge on the tail. Every class flies with two pilots.
Light jets
4 to 7 seats
Quick hops for a business day or a weekend away. Seated cabin, a small galley, room for six soft bags.
Nonstop range
up to 1,700 nm
Example rate

Midsize jets
7 to 9 seats
Stand-up cabin, a proper galley and a closed washroom. Coast to coast with one stop, the Rockies nonstop.
Nonstop range
2,000 to 3,200 nm
Example rate
$5,900 an hour
Heavy jets
10 to 14 seats
Seats that turn into flat beds, a crew rest area and space for big luggage. Built for oceans.
Nonstop range
4,000 to 6,500 nm
Example rate
$10,500 an hour
Empty legs this week
When a jet flies empty to collect its next passengers, you can book that flight for a fraction of the charter price. The time is fixed by the trip it serves.
Example prices for the whole aircraft, not per seat. An empty leg can move or cancel if the main trip changes.

On board, the way you like it
The cabin is yours for the whole flight. Tell us what you need when you book and the crew has it ready before you arrive.

- Dogs and cats travel in the cabin with you
- Ski bags, golf clubs and bikes: tell us the sizes
- A car to the aircraft steps at most private terminals
- Wi-Fi on most midsize and heavy jets, on request
