A charter desk that picks up at 3 a.m.
Harlow Air Charter (sample) arranges private flights from Springfield and any airport with a paved runway: one phone number, one written quote, one person who stays with your trip.

Started with one jet and one phone
Two former dispatchers opened the desk in 2011 with a single light jet on lease (sample). Today we arrange about 1,400 flights a year with our own aircraft and a small group of partner operators.
The idea has not changed: you speak to a person who knows aviation, you get the price in writing, and the same person follows the trip until you land.

An operator flies for us only after these checks, and again every year (sample).
