A small studio for small websites
Pinecroft Web Studio (sample) is four people in Springfield who design, build and look after websites for organisations that do not have a web team of their own.

Plans first, pixels later
We started in 2016 rebuilding a friend’s bakery site that nobody could edit. Since then we have launched more than 140 websites, mostly for libraries, shops, clinics and charities (sample).
The way we work has not changed: we draw the whole site as a sitemap, agree it with you, and only then design. It keeps projects small, prices fixed and launch dates honest.
Who you will work with
The person who draws your sitemap stays with your project until launch day, and the same small team looks after the site afterwards.
Maya Lindqvist
Founder, project lead (sample)
Runs the discovery calls and draws every sitemap.
Daniel Osei
Designer (sample)
Wireframes, layouts and the small details on phones.
Priya Raman
Developer (sample)
Builds the sites in WordPress and Elementor, and keeps them fast.
Tom Haverford
Care and support (sample)
Updates, backups and the questions that come after launch.
How we work
Four habits that keep projects on time.
One sheet
The sitemap is the plan, the price and the progress board. You can see where every page is up to.
Fixed prices
Once you approve the sitemap, the price is fixed. New pages are quoted before we add them.
Plain words
We explain hosting, domains and plugins without jargon, and write it down.
Yours to keep
You own the domain, the content and the files. Every login is handed over on launch day.

Not sure what you need?
Send us your current web address and two lines about what is not working. We reply with a short, free list of what we would change first.
Tell us about your website
A few lines are enough to start: your organisation, the site you have now and what it needs to do.
