Tattoos and prices
Styles, sizes and what they cost, this month’s flash, and the questions people ask before their first appointment.

Before your first tattoo
Does it hurt?
Yes, a bit. Most people describe it as a hot scratch. Bony places such as ribs, ankles and the inner elbow are more sensitive than the outer arm or thigh.
How do I know the size?
Hold a ruler against the place you want it, or look at the flash sheet: every piece is drawn at its real size on a centimetre grid.
Can I bring my own design?
Yes, as a reference. Your artist redraws it so it works as a tattoo; we do not copy another artist’s tattoo.
What should I wear?
Clothes that leave the area easy to reach and that you do not mind getting a little ink on.
How do I pay?
Card or cash on the day. The deposit is taken off the final price (Example prices).
