A small studio with six desks
Marlow Nail Studio (sample) is four technicians, one sterilising room and a wall of more than two hundred shades on Alder Street.

Unhurried nails
We book every appointment with ten minutes to spare, so nobody rushes the cure or your cuticles (sample). There is no queue of walk-ins behind you, and the coffee is on the house.
Most of our clients come back every three weeks. We keep a note of your shape, length and favourite shades so you do not have to explain twice.
How we clean the tools
The same four steps for every metal tool, every client. Ask to see the autoclave; we are happy to show you.
- Files, buffers and orange sticks are single use
- Fresh towel and desk cover for every client
- Foot spas drained, scrubbed and disinfected between pedicures
1
Washed
Metal tools are scrubbed in hot soapy water straight after your visit.
2
Disinfected
They soak for the full contact time in a hospital-grade disinfectant.
3
Sterilised
Sealed in a pouch and run through the autoclave; the strip on the pouch changes colour.
4
Opened at your desk
Your technician opens the pouch in front of you. Files and buffers are new and go home with you.
