Free with any visit, about forty minutes. Our planning desk draws your room at 1:50 and moves the pieces around with you until everything fits.

Measure the room

Each wall, the door and window positions, radiators and sockets. A rough sketch with numbers is enough.

Bring it to the desk

Or send the sizes with the form. Tell us what stays in the room and what you want to change.

We draw it on the pad

On 50 cm squared paper, with cut-outs of the pieces you like, until the walkways and the door all work.

Try the pieces, then order

Sit on the sofa, open the drawers, take the plan home. Nothing is ordered until you say so.

One sofa, five fabric grades

Every sofa and armchair comes in any of our fabrics. The frame stays the same; the price follows the grade. Here is the three-seat sofa in each.

Grade A, cotton blend

Hard-wearing, washable covers, 12 colours

Relaxed look that creases gently, 8 colours

Will it go through the door?

A sofa that fits the room still has to get in. Measure the way in before delivery day, and our team checks it with you.

  • The tightest turn in the hall, and the height under any beam
  • Stairs with a turn: the headroom where they turn
  • A lift: the inside depth and the door width

Before you buy

Can I reserve a piece?

Yes. We hold a piece from stock for seven days while you measure, free (sample).

Can I see fabrics at home?

Yes. We post up to five fabric samples free, so you can see them in your own light.

What if it does not fit through the door?

Tell us your door and stair sizes when you order and we check them first. If a piece will not go in on the day, we take it back and you pay the delivery only (sample).

Do you take the old sofa away?

Yes, for $40, and it goes for reuse or recycling (example prices).
