Weak Wi-Fi in one corner usually comes from walls, metal shelving or an access point mounted in a cupboard, not from too few access points.
A survey measures the signal room by room and shows where each access point should go. It often ends with fewer devices in better places.
Keep guests on their own network, apart from the one your staff and printers use.
