A help desk that knows your office
Fernway IT (sample) looks after the computers, accounts and networks of small and mid-sized offices around Springfield, with its own engineers and one price per person.

Started by two engineers who were tired of call centres
Sam Okafor and Lena Brandt (sample) worked for a large IT outsourcer and watched small clients wait days for a callback. In 2011 they set up on Market Street with three clients and one rule: the phone is answered by someone who can fix things.
Today nine engineers look after 64 offices (sample): accountants, clinics, law firms, schools and warehouses.

How we work
Four habits that clients mention when they recommend us.
A person answers
No phone menu and no voicemail during office hours. If the engineer who answers cannot fix it, they find the one who can.
Plain words
We tell you what broke and what we did in a sentence you can forward to your boss.
A price before the work
Anything outside the plan gets a written quote first. No surprise invoices at the end of the month.
Your passwords stay yours
Admin accounts are in your name and written down for you. If you ever leave us, the handover takes a day.
