Your first visit

The first clean takes a little longer: the cleaner learns your home, and you agree what matters most.

Ten minutes together: rooms, keys, pets, anything to leave alone.

High to low, dry to wet

Dust and glass first, then surfaces, then floors, so nothing is cleaned twice.

Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living areas and hall, each with its own cloth colour.

A last look round. Notes go on your job sheet for the next visit.
