Which side of the house?
Sea side rooms look over the bay and hear the waves at night. Garden side rooms look over the lawns and the pool and are the quietest in a westerly wind.
Ask for a room number when you send an enquiry. If it is free on your dates, the key is yours.

Questions about rooms
Can I ask for a particular room?
Yes. Give the room number in your enquiry; we note it on the booking and keep it for you if it is free.
Do you have family rooms?
The two suites have a sofa bed in the sitting room for one or two children under 12, who stay free. Rooms 105 and 106 connect through a shared lobby.
Is there a lift?
Yes, to every floor. Room 104 on the ground floor is step-free from the car park to the shower.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome in the Garden rooms, with direct access to the lawn, for $20 a night.
Is breakfast included?
Always, for two people per room. Children under 12 eat breakfast free.
