How far up do you want to sleep?
The higher you go, the quieter it is and the further you see. The Attic room looks over the roofs to the harbour mouth; it is also fifty-two steps up.
We carry bags up for anyone who asks. Name the room you like in your request; if it is free on your dates, it is yours.

Beds are measured across the mattress. Every bathroom is private; only the Slate room’s is across the landing.

In every room
- Cotton sheets, a wool blanket and two kinds of pillow
- A kettle, loose tea, ground coffee and Owen's biscuits
- Wi-Fi that reaches the attic
- Windows that open, and blackout blinds
- A hairdryer, towels and a bar of local soap
- A wooden key tag with the room's name, for the front door too

Questions about rooms
Can I ask for a particular room?
Yes. Name it in your request; if it is free on your dates, we keep it for you.
Is there a lift?
No, the house is too narrow. The Garden room is level from the side gate, and we carry bags up for anyone who asks.
Can three of us share?
The Attic room has a single sofa bed for a third guest, $25 a night (Example prices).
Do you take children?
Children over 8 are welcome in the Attic room with their parents. The stairs are steep for little ones.
Can I bring a dog?
Not in the house, sorry. The vet on Market Lane boards dogs overnight.
