How the hall works
There is no waiter and no single till. Every kitchen takes its own orders, so your table can eat from four kitchens at once.

Find a seat first
The long tables are shared. Leave a jacket on the bench at busy times; groups of eight or more can book.
Order at any counter
Walk to the stall number on the plan, order and pay there. Each kitchen takes cards and cash.
Take the buzzer
The kitchen gives you a buzzer. It lights and buzzes when your food is ready, usually within the wait on the plan.
Collect, eat, return the tray
Pick up at the counter that buzzed you. Trays go back to the rack by the toilets; we do the rest.
Today in the hall
A few dishes from across the counters. The plate number tells you which stall to walk to.

Long tables for groups, lunch for the office
Everyone orders what they like, so a group of twenty never has to agree on one cuisine. Book a long table, or have lunch for the whole office delivered.
- A reserved long table for 8 to 40, free to book
- Office lunch orders from 10 people, ordered by 10:00
- Birthdays and leaving dos: we set the table and keep a tab at the bar
A counter, a hood and a long table of hungry people
We rent stalls to independent cooks on twelve-month terms, with the kitchen kit, the seating, the cleaning and the delivery riders shared. One stall comes free every few months.
