Four villas with pools on a hill above the bay

Almond Hill Villas (sample) are four stone houses in an old almond orchard, each with its own pool and terrace, ten minutes on foot from a pine cove. We let them by the week from Saturday to Saturday, and for short breaks from October to May.

Arrive from 16:00 on Saturday, leave by 10:00. Linen, towels, pool care and a welcome basket are in every price.

Four villas, four suns

Each house faces its own way, so each has its own day: Fico gets the morning on its terrace, Ulivo the midday under its pergola, Limonaia the evening and the sunset.

  • Bed linen and towels, changed midweek on two-week stays
  • Pool and garden care on Tuesdays and Fridays

No booking engine and no card form: one of us reads your enquiry and answers it.

Send a stay enquiry or call us. Tell us the villa, the Saturday you would like to arrive and how many of you are coming.

We reply within a day

Marta or Leo writes back with the free weeks in that villa, or the one that fits you best, and the price for the whole stay.

Confirm and pay the deposit

Reply to confirm and pay 30% by bank transfer within 7 days to hold the week. The rest is due 6 weeks before you arrive (sample terms).

Saturday is changeover day

Between ten and four the houses are cleaned, the beds made and the pools checked. When you arrive, Marta meets you at the gate with the keys and shows you the house, the pool and where the shop is.

The estate sits on Hill Road above the coast road, between the village and the harbour (sample). The lane is steep, so a car helps, but the cove and the village are both a walk.
