How delivery day goes
Two of us come with the TV, the bracket and the tools. A 55-inch wall mount takes about an hour.

We call the day before
You get a two-hour slot and the names of the two people coming.

We carry it in and unbox it
We check the screen for damage with you before anything goes on the wall.

Mount, connect and tune
Bracket on the wall, cables tidied, Wi-Fi, channels and apps set up, remote paired.

We take the boxes away
And the old TV too, for recycling, if you ask when you book.
Before you book
Can you mount a TV I bought somewhere else?
Yes, for $129 (sample). Bring the model number so we can bring the right bracket.
What walls can you mount on?
Brick, block and timber stud walls. On plasterboard without studs we will suggest a stand instead.
Do I need to be at home?
Yes, someone over 18 has to be there for the whole visit.
Can you move my files to a new laptop?
Yes. Bring both machines and the passwords you need; most transfers are ready the same day.
