Ferrow Labs (sample) is eleven people in one office in Springfield, building one product for teams that work in shifts.
From a spreadsheet to an app
In 2024 a cafe manager and a developer rebuilt her rota spreadsheet as a small web app. Twelve cafes asked to use it, then a clinic, then a warehouse. We still build it the same way: one change at a time, shipped when it works, written up on the changelog (sample).
How we build the product
Four habits, written down so customers can hold us to them.
Ship small, ship often
A release every few weeks, each one described in plain words on the changelog.
Build with real teams
Every feature is tested by a group of customers before it reaches everyone.
Your data leaves with you
Every rota, timesheet and staff list exports as CSV, on every plan, at any time.

The roadmap shows what is being built and what is only an idea. Dates are aims.

We share a floor of an old print works at 40 Foundry Lane, Springfield (sample). Customers are welcome for a coffee and a look at what we are building; send a note first so someone is in.
