Private viewings

One car, one hour, and nobody waiting behind you. We bring the car you asked about onto the turntable, open every door and leave you to sit in it for as long as you like.

  • A drive on the hill road behind the salon, 25 minutes

Ordering a car in your colour

From the first evening with the colour book to the handover bay takes about six months for a solid or metallic colour (sample). These are the five steps.

Specify

Two hours at the colour book: paint, hide, stitch, wheels and options, with the car you are ordering on the floor to compare.

By appointment

Order

You sign the specification and pay a 10% deposit. We place the order with the factory the same day.

Build week

The factory gives your car a build week. We send you the date and, if you like, photos from the line.

About 22 weeks after ordering

Shipping and preparation

The car arrives at our workshop for its pre-delivery inspection, protection film and a full detail.

Handover

In the handover bay, under the lights, with time to go through every setting. Bring your current car if it is part of the deal.

Bring your current car

We value it while you are at the viewing and take it as part of the price. The offer holds for 14 days, or until handover if you order.

Aftercare and storage

After the handover we still look after the car: we collect it for servicing, keep it through the winter and bring the paint back to how it left the showroom.

Collection for servicing

We take the car to the main dealer workshop and bring it back washed, with the invoice explained.

A dry, heated bay, a fitted cover, a battery conditioner and a short drive every month.

Paint detail

Wash, decontamination, one-step polish and a ceramic top coat, two days in the studio.
