Questions before you book
What is a loading metre?
One metre of trailer length, across the full width. Three Euro pallets side by side take 1.2 m, so one pallet counts as 0.4 m. Part loads are priced by the metre.
How should I prepare my pallets?
Stack them no higher than 2.2 m, wrap them tightly, and put a label with the delivery address on two sides. Our guide on wrapping has photos.
Can you collect without a forklift?
Yes. Ask for a tail-lift vehicle when you book; the driver lowers the pallet to the ground and moves it with a pallet truck.
What if the delivery cannot be made?
The driver calls you from the address. If nobody can take the goods, they come back to Canal Yard and we rebook the next run.
