Cash flow and pricing

A forecast you can keep up yourself, and prices that cover what things really cost.

The cash forecast

A spreadsheet with thirteen weekly columns: money expected in, money going out, and the balance at the end of each week. It takes about thirty minutes on a Monday once it is set up.

The price list

We work out what each main product or job costs, then set prices with you. Most owners change a handful of prices, not all of them.

Start with a free first meeting

Forty-five minutes at our office or at your business. Bring last year’s accounts and a recent bank statement, and you leave knowing whether we can help and where we would start.
