About the studio
Iris Calder (sample) has painted the estuary at Harrow since 2019, from a first-floor studio above the boatyard.

A painter of one place
Iris trained as a printmaker and turned to oil paint when she moved to the coast. Almost every painting starts outdoors, on a small board, at low water.
She sells from the studio, through two galleries and at one art fair a year, and takes a handful of commissions twice a year (sample).
