A small agency that does the paperwork with you
Northgate Study Abroad (sample) has helped students from Springfield study in six countries since 2011. We are four advisers and one office, and we meet every student in person or on video.

Started by a student who went abroad
Maya Okafor studied for her master’s in Glasgow and spent most of her first term untangling forms nobody had explained (sample). She opened Northgate to be the adviser she had wanted: one person who knows the rules and tells you the full cost before you commit.
We still work that way. Every student gets a written plan, a named adviser and straight answers about money.

What we promise
- A written plan after the first meeting, with every cost we know of
- Universities that pay us and those that do not, on the same shortlist
- Your documents checked line by line before any application goes in
- No promises about visas or offers: the decision belongs to the university and the embassy
How we are paid
Some universities pay us a fee when a student enrols. We mark them on your shortlist, and it never changes what you pay the university. Universities that pay us nothing go on the same list.
- The first meeting is always free
- You pay only for the services you choose
- No fee is taken from scholarships you win
Start with a free hour
Bring your grades and a rough budget. We talk through countries, courses and costs, and you leave with a written shortlist plan. No fee, no obligation.
