Pick a record you know by heart, ideally one with acoustic instruments and space in the mix (sample guide).
Set Wi-Fi to High and play the first two minutes, then switch to Lossless and play them again. Use wired headphones if you have them and turn the volume to the level you normally listen at.
If you cannot tell them apart, keep High: it uses a fifth of the data and nobody is judging. If you can, the Studio plan is for you.
